Terms & Conditions
Please read these Terms of Use carefully. They govern your access to and use of our services. By accessing our website (www.printzi.ca) or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use, including any additional guidelines, restrictions, or rules that may be posted in connection with specific sections or services offered by Printzi. All such additional guidelines, restrictions, or rules are hereby incorporated by reference into these Terms of Use.
Order Approval
Once the customer approves the proof and the project moves into production, Printzi cannot be held responsible for any errors.
Verbal changes will not be accepted—all revisions must be submitted in writing.
The customer is responsible for thoroughly reviewing the proof to ensure all details are accurate, including spelling, grammar, layout, and design elements. The customer is solely accountable for the content of the submitted artwork.
The final product may vary slightly depending on the complexity of production and installation
Image Content and Third-Party Rights
The customer is fully responsible for the content of any submitted image files and warrants that such content does not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights, including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, or patents.
If any images are used in the design—whether directly provided by the customer or implied through reference—it is the customer's responsibility to ensure proper usage rights are obtained. Any concerns regarding copyright or licensing must be resolved by the customer prior to production.
The customer assumes full liability for any infringement and agrees to indemnify Printzi against any claims, damages, or legal actions resulting from violations of third-party rights.
Color Matching
Due to inherent differences in screens, devices, materials, and production processes, color variations between digital proofs and final products are normal and acceptable. While Printzi will make every effort to achieve accurate color representation based on the materials provided, exact color matching cannot be guaranteed.
Occasional color discrepancies may also arise from differences in monitor calibration or soft proofing limitations.
Price and Terms of Payment
All orders require a 50% deposit to begin processing, with the remaining balance due upon delivery or installation. For smaller orders—defined as those with a total cost of $1,000 CAD or less before tax—full payment is required in advance.
No work will begin and no delivery will be scheduled until payment is received and verified.
Artwork Licensing
All original design files created by Printzi remain the exclusive property of Printzi. Even when final designs are provided as part of a paid service, this does not include the transfer of editable working files or licensing rights.
Editable working files (e.g., source files) may be released only upon request and are subject to an additional fee at Printzi’s discretion. No usage rights or working files will be granted until the applicable fee is paid in full and Printzi confirms the license release in writing.
Cancellations
In limited cases, order cancellations may be permitted, but only if clearly stated on the invoice. Cancellations must be requested before production or fulfillment begins and are subject to a 20% restocking and administrative fee.
Once production, preparation, or any part of the fulfillment process has started, no cancellations or changes will be accepted, and the customer is responsible for paying the full amount as stated on the invoice.
Returns and Refunds
All orders are custom-made and have no resale value; therefore, all sales are final.
If Printzi is responsible for an error, we will remake the order. Refunds or store credit are not offered under any circumstances.
Warranty
As all products are custom-made and vary by material, manufacturing process, installation method, and other factors, warranty terms may differ and will be specified on your invoice.
In the absence of a specific warranty listed, Printzi offers a standard 1-year warranty covering any product we deliver.
If an issue is found to be related to the quality of raw materials—such as paper, ink, vinyl, or metal—the matter will be handled directly by the supplier. Replacements in such cases are subject to the supplier’s investigation and approval and will be issued at their discretion following standard review by their quality assurance team.
Turnaround Time and Delivery
All turnaround times provided by Printzi are estimates only. While we make every reasonable effort to meet deadlines, Printzi is not liable for any delays or for any consequential damages resulting from late delivery.
Printzi is not responsible for delays beyond its control, including but not limited to:
Weather conditions, Shipping carrier issues, Customs clearance delays, Technical malfunctions or equipment failures.
